The average car driver get to park there car in a flat space. Do they have to push there car up a ramp . . .  .

    Bad Cycle Parking

I mean this lady has taken the trouble to cycle to town, with her child in a rear carrier seat and now she has to push her bike up a ramp. Where is the child? She needs both hand to park the bike. .. the child is probably running around in the car park! Who thinks this stuff up?

William, I agree with you that infrastructure is great! Great video. Effective use of space. I wish it would be implemented in the states.

Its not too bad. But it is still more effort than a car driver would have to make. They get one level roll in space per car, whilst this lady has to stash her bike on a rack. I do not think this is good infrastructure. I think it is a lowest cost option.
